Carrots and Our Eyes

Carrots and all kind of fruits which are have a pink colour contained an A vitamine, the A vitamine function of eyes trully it’s not caused by an eye ball differrencesor strength acomodation weakness, although for myope or nearsighted hazy were in capability to see through obscure situation.

Therefore inside the retine founded a cone cell which are responsible for the detailed sight and colour also responsible for a bar cell which were sensitive to a dim light.

The outside part of a bar cell continued a red pigmen as they called a rodopsin, if rodopsin has a reaction eith a light, rodopsin will formed enzim which is call retinen and becoming protein and A vitamine both elements will reexchanged to rodopsin.

While a running process there will be a loose some of A vitamine, and the looser A vitamine had to be replace with another A vitamine taken from outside (eat carrots)If they don’t rapleced it, it will caused of the sensitive sense of the dim light will be decrease, in Other way the A vitamine lack will caused of Xerophthalmia deasses.
